Banner Park: an advanced manufacturing campus

This master-planned 130-acre campus is located only 20 minutes from downtown Boston and in proximity to major life science clusters. The design is rooted in a focus on wellness for residents and visitors, including 5+ miles of walking trails, outdoor fitness options, and a new town square with healthy and sustainable retail concepts.

Onshore Properties acquired the site in 2021. The site was previously master-planned for up to 1,200,000 square feet of commercial space and enjoys some of the most robust utility infrastructure in the region suitable for a number of industries. The new state-of-the-art buildings were permitted in 2022 to provide up to 326,000 square feet of flexible industrial and is able to accommodate manufacturing, research, and storage facilities.
