Paragon Boardwalk

Nantasket Beach, MA

A passion for the ocean and a desire to positively transform this long-neglected seaside town has driven our continued redevelopment efforts of this iconic property since our acquisition in 2017. We have executed an ambitious revitalization plan in collaboration with the Town and community that has prioritized sustainable coastal redevelopment, infusion of public art, and retail activation.

In 2020, Paragon Boardwalk — an outdoor venue consisting of 5 recycled shipping containers with local food and beverage options, a volleyball court, outdoor fitness, and yoga area — opened after two years of planning and construction.

In the next phase of redevelopment, affordable multi-family housing and a boutique hotel will be added to the property. The redevelopment will provide a modern setting with water views from every unit and vibrant ground-floor retail.

The project is currently being permitted under the Nantasket Beach Overlay District bylaws adopted by the Town of Hull to encourage sustainable, mixed-use redevelopment in the area. With abundant options for public transportation into Boston all within biking distance, the project will promote active lifestyles and car-free living. Sustainability goals are a paramount design and planning initiative at the Boardwalk.
