Quincy Redevelopment
Quincy, MA
In partnership with a local family office in 2016, acquired a former hospital site, transit-oriented housing site and a large redevelopment parcel in a complex public-private partnership with the City of Quincy and structured as one of the first qualified opportunity zones. The projects were assembled and entitled over a four-year period and are currently under development.
