Paragon Boardwalk

Nantasket Beach, MA

This outdoor seaside venue sits between the Ocean and the Harbor 30 minutes from Boston by car or by ferry. We acquired the property in 2017 and redeveloped an iconic Boardwalk with recycled shipping containers for local food and beverage vendors, entertainment, surfboard storage, outdoor fitness, and yoga area. Future phases include residential and hotel.

 

The Ellery

The property was entitled and acquired in 2021 and upon acquisition was completely redesigned to be 100% electric, incorporate on-site solar generation, cool pavement, energy efficient cooling & heating to achieve net-zero carbon emissions.

 
 

Quincy Center Opportunity Zone and Redevelopment

Quincy, MA

In partnership with a local family office, led the successful acquisition, rezoning, permitting and development of a former hospital outside of Boston into 465 units and successfully executed a public-private partnership with the City of Quincy for the acquisition and development of over $500M in construction for medical office/life sciences, retail and housing, which was structured as a Qualified Opportunity Zone.
